In accordance with its sustainability policy, Energía Austral has sought early insertion in the Aysén Region. To this end, it has established a Corporate Social Responsibility Programme whose goal is harmonious integration in line with the needs of the community.

The pillars of this Social Responsibility Plan were defined after a process of intense dialogue with the Aysén community and the consequent understanding of their needs. As a result, Energía Austral’s social commitment focuses on the fields of education, culture, health, entrepreneurship and community development from a long-term perspective.
