Hello, welcome. Our Twitter account is managed by Energía Austral’s Community Manager. Our followers can expect between three and ten tweets a day on the following:
Alerts about new posts on our website; information about what we are doing; announcements of cultural, sporting or other types of activities related to Energía Austral; direct coverage of events in which we participate.
We manage and update our Twitter account from Monday to Friday during office hours. On occasions, Twitter may not be available due to a service failure and, in this case, Energía Austral will not be responsible in any way for its account’s inactivity.
We welcome comments and ideas from all our followers and appreciate their interest in engaging in dialogue with us. We cannot, however, answer all the messages we receive through Twitter individually.
Our Community Manager reads all comments and queries and guarantees that issues raised and suggestions are made known to Energía Austral’s communications team.
We would also like to point out that we do not participate in political party affairs and will not respond to questions or comments that are aggressive or mocking in tone or use vulgar language. Acceptance of a person as a Twitter follower does not imply that Energía Austral endorses that person’s comments.
